With a wealth of global marketing data at their disposal, Mintel has compiled an in-depth study about key trends driving consumers and their concerns about "natural" and "clean" products. She will discuss examples of products which are leveraging the nutrient rich foods we know into effective skin care. How are smart phones being utilized by our consumers for making choices, as well as instruments of self-diagnosis? What new applications and tools are allowing for better self-monitoring of our health? This talk is sure to lead to interesting future discussions.
